Participant discussion
Action plans using five steps.
1. Focus on January
2. Identity 1 (or 2) goals
3. Outline a one-step-at-a-time plan
4. Share your plan with a friend or workshop member
5. Start with positivity – build a flywheel
We provide rationale and discussion for each step. You will leave the workshop with a plan for success.
